Pablo Pérez García – Villoslada

Pablo began his career as an auditor at Deloitte before joining Antevenio, where for nearly 20 years he served as CFO, COO, and ultimately President, witnessing—and helping drive—the entire evolution of digital marketing in Spain and Europe. A graduate of the Autonomous University of Madrid and trained at the International School of Paris, he brings to Bondo Advisors a first-rate financial and operational perspective, with a particular focus on M&A transactions in the technology sector.
Joshua Novick
Managing Partner
Joshua has more than 30 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur in the technology sector. Educated at the University of Sussex, he founded and led Antevenio for nearly two decades, turning it into a benchmark in martech, adtech, SaaS, and digital media across Spain, France, Italy, and the Americas. He was also an adjunct professor at IE Business School for 9 years, where he taught Business Plan in the Executive EMBA. He combines that entrepreneurial vision with his specialization in M&A and corporate finance, advising both buyers and sellers.
Fernando Gárate

With more than 30 years in the digital ecosystem, he is a serial entrepreneur who co-founded several companies and served as CEO of Antevenio—one of Spain’s leading digital marketing groups—building deep expertise in adtech, martech, SaaS, and digital media. Today he applies that perspective—the entrepreneur who has built, scaled, and sold technology companies—to advising on M&A transactions at Bondo Advisors.
Roger Álvarez
Managing Partner
With a solid track record of more than 20 years in corporate finance and industry, he is a Telecommunications Engineer from the University of the Basque Country (EHU) and holds a degree in Business Administration from UNED. He served as Director of Planning and Control at Corporación IBV (BBVA–Iberdrola) for a decade, and as CFO and Business Development Director at Grupo TRYO (now Alantra) and at SENER Aerospace. He contributes extensive experience in finance, M&A, and business development in technology and industrial sectors.
Miguel Pratinha
Associate
Miguel has a strong foundation in corporate finance built at organizations such as Deloitte in Lisbon, Banco Sabadell, and Minsait. Of Portuguese origin and with international experience, he held Finance Manager roles at Martifer Group and InterMundial before joining Bondo Advisors, where he combines his analytical training with his experience in corporate finance and M&A.
Ignacio Galdón Pons
Associate
Ignacio combines a strong academic background in corporate finance with hands-on experience in investment banking. He holds a BBA and a Master’s in Stock Exchange and Financial Markets from IEB, completed executive programs at Bayes Business School and the London School of Economics, and has passed CFA Level I and obtained the CNMV MiFID II certification. Before joining Bondo Advisors, he developed his career in BBVA’s Corporate & Investment Banking division.
