Do you have experience with cross-border transactions?
Bondo Advisors is one of the M&A boutiques with the greatest cross-border experience in the Iberian market. More than half of our completed transactions involve buyers or sellers in different countries — France, Italy, the US, Argentina, Mexico, Sweden and others. Among our international deals: the sale of Tidart to the Havas group (France), the sale of Key Content to MotionPoint (US), the sale of Tiendeo and Ofertia to Shopfully (Italy), the sale of MDirector to emBlue (Argentina), and the sale of Leadgenios to t2ó (Mexico).

Do you have experience in public markets — IPOs and takeovers?
Bondo Advisors has direct experience in public markets that is rare among independent M&A boutiques. We advised MIO Group on its listing on the BME Growth market in Madrid in July 2021, and supported Agile Content in its takeover bid for Edgeware AB, listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm — a cross-border transaction worth approximately 28 million euros.
