Bondo Advisors advises MIO Group on the acquisition of Artyco

Bondo Advisors acted as financial advisor to MIO Group on the acquisition of Artyco, a Spanish company specializing in developing and implementing data-driven strategies, with revenues of EUR 3.4 million and a team of 60 employees.

Artyco, founded 25 years ago and controlled by Óscar Domínguez and Ignacio Escolano, specializes in data management, processing, and exploitation. By turning data into information and knowledge, the company designs and executes personalized and automated digital marketing strategies and campaigns. Its clients include companies such as Grupo FIAT, Mercedes-Benz, Mahou San Miguel, Plan Internacional, RRG, and Bodegas Ramón Bilbao.

MIO Group, one of Spain’s largest domestic advertising groups with subsidiaries including HMG, HRadio, Voilà Media, Dígitos, and Zond, completes its eighth acquisition with Artyco. The integration brings the group significant know-how in data analytics and conversion, complementing its 360-degree marketing offering and adding highly specialized talent, particularly data scientists and engineers.

The deal reflects the growing importance of data-driven marketing in the advertising sector, where agencies and communications groups need to integrate data analytics, CRM, and automation capabilities to offer their clients more effective and measurable campaigns.
