Bondo Advisors acted as exclusive financial advisor to Hispavista on the acquisition of a majority stake by Induhold Participaciones, together with Kaizaharra Corporación Empresarial (KCE) — promoted by Iñaki López Gandásegui, Chairman of Aernnova —, IAZ Partners, Grupo Dularra, the Garavilla and Elorrieta families, and Cubes Oñiturri.
Hispavista, a Basque business group founded in 1996 and headquartered in San Sebastián with offices in Madrid and Mexico, operates in the digital and technology services space, offering digital marketing, e-commerce, technology consulting, and software development solutions for sectors including banking, employment, industry, energy, and public administration. It also manages the marketplaces trabajos.com and taskia.es, and has an R&D unit belonging to the Basque Science and Technology Network. The company has secured funding from the Spanish government’s Chip PERTE program for a stratospheric balloon technology project.
With this transaction, Induhold — a Basque investment holding previously focused on industrial companies (with prior stakes in Azol Gas and Pimesa) — diversifies its portfolio into the digital and technology sector. The deal strengthens Hispavista’s position, drives the technology sector in the Basque Country, and opens new growth opportunities.
Hispavista’s founding partners retain their shareholding, benefiting from the support and business experience of the new investors. The deal highlights the growing interest of traditional industrial capital in the digital and technology sector.
