Bondo Advisors acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Nemon on the sale of the company to Eneve Group, an international provider of software and consulting solutions for energy retailers and traders, headquartered in the Netherlands.
The transaction enables Nemon to join a European group with advanced technological capabilities, strengthening its position in the Iberian market while maintaining its local specialization and close client relationships. The combination with Eneve will allow Nemon to expand its value proposition through access to new solutions, resources, and international expertise.
This transaction takes place in the context of a structural transformation of the energy sector, driven by the increasing penetration of renewable energy, electrification, and growing operational and regulatory complexity, which is driving demand for specialized technological solutions.
With a strong track record in Spain, Nemon has established itself as a provider of mission-critical software for energy retailers, with solutions focused on key processes such as supply point management, market communication, contracting, forecasting, and billing.
Iván Solé, founder of Nemon, commented:
“It has been fundamental to have the support of Bondo Advisors, a specialist advisor in technology and software M&A transactions. Their market knowledge and ability to identify and execute the best strategic alternative were key to finding the ideal partner for Nemon.”
Joshua Novick, Partner at Bondo Advisors, added:
“It has been a pleasure to support Iván and Nadia throughout this process. We are confident that the combination of Eneve and Nemon will create a leading player in software and technology services for the energy sector in Spain.”
The transaction further strengthens Bondo Advisors’ positioning as a specialist advisor in technology and software, representing its second Software SaaS transaction in the past twelve months, following its role in the sale of MDirector to US-based company emBlue.
The transaction also highlights Bondo Advisors’ cross-border capabilities, supporting the integration of a Spanish company into an international European group, in this case Eneve.
Bondo Advisors continues to consolidate its position as a leading advisor in technology M&A, combining sector expertise, access to international buyers, and disciplined execution.
