Bondo Advisors acted as exclusive financial advisor to Buzz on its sale to Knowmad Mood, a Spanish technology consultancy listed on BME Growth, for EUR 2.8 million plus a variable earn-out linked to the 2025-2027 business plan.
Buzz, founded in 2007 in Barcelona, is a digital agency specializing in marketing and communications services with over 60 professionals. In 2024, the company achieved revenues of EUR 4.9 million with an EBITDA margin above 10%, demonstrating a solid and profitable business model in the competitive Spanish digital agency landscape.
Knowmad Mood, with revenues of EUR 210 million in 2024 (up 25% year-on-year) and a market capitalization exceeding EUR 208 million, has developed an ambitious acquisition plan as part of its 2025-2028 Strategic Plan, which targets multiplying revenues by 2.6x to reach EUR 550 million by 2028. The acquisition of Buzz joins previous deals including Vanture ESS, Grupo Antea, New Verve Consulting (UK), Incipy, Interwor, and Aservo Software (Germany).
This transaction reflects the trend of listed technology consultancies expanding their service offering into digital marketing, seeking synergies between technology, data, and communications. Buzz will continue operating under its own brand, creating synergies with Knowmad Mood’s international network.
